This is a beautiful secluded log cabin nestled in the pines. It is a stand alone unit in the valley with gorgeous views, where the deer, antelope and turkeys play. If peace and quiet is your preference and you are trying to avoid the hub bub of city living, this may be the cabin that will fit your needs during the cold winter months.
Fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, flat screen tv, deck with grill and patio set. Linens are not provided. Laundromat, office and small store on the premises.
Starting at $1450/month for one person, $60/month for each extra person. Rent includes ALL utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, satellite tv, WIFI). 6-month lease required, possibly extendable until the beginning of Summer 2026.
$225.00 one time cleaning fee, $20 per key refundable deposit applicable to all renters and a refundable security/damage deposit starting at half of the monthly rate. One month of rent due upon entering the unit. Dogs allowed in pet friendly units with prior approval from management and additional fees and deposits. NO CATS!
NOTE: No Section 8. Rates not valid June 1st thru Oct 1st and not valid during Sturgis Rally. Units are not available on on monthly basis from May 31st through Oct 8th.
