What You'll Do
Help People Find Work
You'll be the person who helps candidates take the next step in their careers.
• Recruit and engage top talent in the local market
• Guide applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
• Match workers with opportunities that fit their skills and goals
• Build strong relationships with associates and support their success
Support Local Businesses
Our customers depend on us, and you'll play a key role in helping them succeed.
• Fill customer job orders quickly and accurately
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Schedule appointments and participate in customer visits
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal partnerships
Drive Growth
This isn't just a support role—you'll help grow the business.
• Generate sales opportunities and identify customer needs
• Partner with leadership to expand existing accounts
• Help develop creative workforce solutions
• Contribute directly to branch performance and success
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
You'll help ensure everything behind the scenes works seamlessly.
• Enter and manage customer orders
• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System and JobStack technology
• Maintain compliance and promote a culture where safety always comes first

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree preferred
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
• Reliable transportation required
