16' long x 12' wide portable cabin. 2x6 walls insulated, 2x8 floor insulated, 2x6 roof joist insulated, shed roof with water proof membrane, and steel roofing 5x8 plywood on roof, walls are covered with 1/2 plywood inside and out side, the exterior walls have 1/2" foam sheeting and steel siding, building is wired with a 200 amp panel and 1 base board heater, outlets inside and out with night light 1 - door and 1 window.
