Size is 31.5" Wide x 25.5" Tall, although, to be honest, you could hang it vertically or horizontally because the design itself doesn't truly have an up or down.

The scallops are actual carvings into the frame! They're probably only 1 - 2mm deep, but they're amazing! Plus they look like little leaves so they coincide with the picture itself. See pictures 3 and 4.
