These are unwrapped Coirs blocks 10#s that swell up to about 2.3 cubic feet. I have been using them for years as the medium to grow greenhouse tomatoes. These blocks fill more than 2 5 gallon bags that I put two tomato plants in. Just add water and they swell up takes a few hours but they really grow. You could use this medium anywhere you might use moss. Great water retention. I am not sure about shipping but probably expensive. Pickup would be the best.
