Available now, very nice cottage rooms with kitchenette and covered patio. These units are located between Rapid City and Sturgis on 150 acre property. Very quiet yet close enough to enjoy the SD hillside. We have hiking trails, swimming pool, playground, horseshoes, pond and creek for fishing, laundromat on premises, and two shower houses.

- These rooms feature a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave, sink, and small appliances. One queen bed and one futon bunk (full mattress on the bottom, single up top - see photos). Flat screen TV, dresser, and eating area. Separate full bath with shower/tub combination.

Summer rates (May 1, 2026) starting at $218.00 plus tax each night for week days and $254.00 plus tax for week ends (Friday and Saturday). There is a $7.00 per person per day for any number of individuals over the capacity. We do have dog friendly rooms (no cats, please), which are an additional $25.00 per night per pet. These rates are not valid over holidays or during the Sturgis Rally (July 31st thru Aug 15th).
