This mirror is the left side, driver side and fits 2004 through 2008 F150. It may fit a little newer truck but is not totally identical. It has a chipped place from hail in the plastic . It is heated and has the turn signal built in. The power works well. This mirror is off of a 2008 f150 Harley truck. The glass is good.
I come to Rapid City sometimes and I could meet you at Sam's Club for delivery.
