This old Makita 6002DWK cordless drill is still in excellent condition. It comes in the case that includes the charger and instructions. The battery remains in the handle when stored in the case. The drill features 2 speeds via a gearbox and a circuit breaker. The unit has always been stored inside and looks like its still new! The battery needs replacement from sitting for a year or two without use. A quick scan of "7000" batteries on "Amazon" turned up these prices in August 2024: $17.99 for a 1.5Ah 'Ni-Cad', $20.99 for a 3.5Ah 'Ni-MH (better buy), and a 2-pack for $32.99 (great buy).
